Barbara Brodoway Honored with 2025 Education Award

Ward & Taylor is pleased to share that Barbara A. Brodoway, Esquire has been named the recipient of the 2025 Education Award by the New Castle County Board of Realtors.

Barbara has been a longstanding member of the firm and is widely known for her work in real estate law and her steady presence guiding clients through the closing process. Her approach is grounded, practical, and trusted by both clients and the real estate professionals she works alongside every day.

In addition to her legal work, Barbara has built a strong reputation throughout Delaware for her commitment to education. She regularly teaches real estate law and leads seminars for agents across the state, helping to bring clarity to the legal side of transactions and strengthening the industry as a whole.

She has also worked with organizations focused on housing education, particularly those supporting first-time and low-to-moderate income homebuyers, extending her impact beyond the firm and into the broader community.

In true Barbara fashion, she was unable to attend the award luncheon, as she was leading another seminar.A reflection of her continued commitment to educating, guiding, and supporting the real estate community.
