Keys to Kindness Holiday Cupboard Challenge 2025

At Ward & Taylor, community support is part of who we are.
This year, we are proud to partner with the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, an organization that provides a “home away from home” for families with seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment.

With a full House and increased need, the Ronald McDonald House pantry is running low and we want to help fill the shelves.

Your donations help provide:

  • Daily meals and snacks for families

  • Quick grab-and-go items for long hospital days

  • Essentials that make families feel at home

Together, we can lift a burden from families facing one of the hardest moments of their lives.

The Keys to Kindness Holiday Cupboard Challenge is a fun, friendly competition designed to bring our real estate community together while collecting pantry items for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware.

Here’s how agents and lenders can participate:

Donate Non-Perishable Items

Agents and lenders can bring in any non-perishable food items and drop them into the donation bins at any Ward & Taylor office.
Every individual item = 1 point.

Encourage Your Clients to Participate

Let your buyers and sellers know they’re welcome to bring a donation to their closing.
When your client donates, those items count toward YOUR point total.

This is an easy, meaningful way to involve your clients and show them you care about the community.

Track Your Points Automatically

You don’t have to keep count — our reception team does it for you.
Whenever you or your clients donate items, staff will log them in our tracking spreadsheet so your points stay up to date.

Compete for Prizes & Recognition

The challenge runs December 1 – Jan
At the end of the campaign:

Top Agent or Lender

Awarded to the person with the most total points (your donations + your clients’ donations).
Prize: Amazon Gift card

Winning Office

The office with the highest total number of donated items wins a team lunch provided by Ward & Taylor.
