How We Pick the Winner

Eligibility:
All submitted nominations received by the deadline are eligible, provided they clearly describe how the nominee demonstrated the Client-First Approach.
Review Panel:
A small group (2-3 people) from leadership or the marketing team will review all nominations. This helps keep it fair and balanced.
Criteria:
- Clear demonstration of proactive client service
- Positive impact on client experience or team support
- Examples of communication, empathy, or going above and beyond
Selection:
The panel will score or discuss nominations and select one winner per month who best embodies the Client-First mindset.
Random Draw for Participants:
Everyone who submits a nomination—regardless of who they nominate—will be entered into the gift card + sneaker day drawing, which will be chosen by random draw.
